Data you enter
QR code content, layout settings, and annotations are processed in your browser. Generated codes and sheets are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud export option. If you use cloud export, your files are transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS) and stored in our cloud storage, where they are kept only as long as needed to provide the feature. If you use the optical transfer feature, we collect session-level technical metrics (such as duration, frame counts, and device capability information) to operate and improve the feature; the transferred file contents never reach our servers.
Accounts and payments
If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication data to provide sign-in. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we delete it unless we are required to retain it by law.
Cookies
We use cookies only for session management of signed-in accounts and for remembering your preferences, such as your language choice. No third-party advertising cookies are set, and we do not use device or browser fingerprinting.
